Senior IT Engineer:
We are looking for an experienced engineer who has worked for at least ten years in the areas of IT Operations or Customer Support. The engineer will be supporting our diverse client base and assisting in the design and implementation of IT solutions for them. The candidate needs to have certifications from at least two of the following list: Microsoft (MCP or MCSE), A+, Networking (Sonic Wall, 3COM or Cisco), Security (Symantec, CISSP). The candidate needs to have experience in managing technology projects that span a number of disciplines. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining servers (Windows, Linux or Apple) is a must. In depth knowledge of desktop and laptop configurations is required. A strong background in either security or networking disciplines is required as well. Experience with virtualization (VMWare or Hyper-V) would be a definite plus.

IT Intern:
This is a part-time position. The candidate will assist the senior engineering staff in supporting our client base. Experience in desktop/laptops running Microsoft Windows is required. Understanding of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer and either Firefox or Safari browsers is also required. Understanding of web applications would be a definite plus. Note that the candidate must have a vehicle to visit our clients when necessary.

Inside Sales Representative:
The individual in this position is responsible for presenting MIS Alliance's portfolio of products, services and solutions to new and existing customers within assigned target markets. The Inside Sales Representative will collect and record account profile information and channel each applicable opportunity throughout the organization. The candidate should have a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of three years in account management in the technology field is required. Experience with E-Commerce, technology products, channel, services and software is also required. Some travel required.
